Who should do this course?

Anyone who has longed to be free from anxiety, but hasn't found anyone to explain how to get there in a meaningful way. Friends and family who wish to support people towards being free from anxiety. Therapists, Health Professionals and Practitioners who want to better understand how to work with people who are experiencing anxiety. Unlike many self-help courses, this one involves a little heavy-lifting - but don't worry - that's why it works!

This course takes a non-diagnostic approach to understanding anxiety. Together we will walk through - and out the other side of the anxious state. You'll gather the evidence of your own experience - leading to a long-term balanced state of mind and body.

About Gill

I'm Gill. I'm an academic researcher and practitioner in the field of Health in Social Science and  Global Mental Health. I specialise in teaching people how to get out of the anxious state. I'm passionate about the importance of  co-creating interventions informed by lived experience. I hope you enjoy the course and the restoration of  a naturally calm and balanced state.
