I'm Gill. I'm an academic researcher and practitioner in the field of Health in Social Science and Global Mental Health. I specialise in teaching people how to get out of the anxious state. I'm passionate about the importance of co-creating interventions informed by lived experience. I hope you enjoy the course and the restoration of a naturally calm and balanced state.
